These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Labyssos. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:

• Service refers to the platform, content, tools, and mentorship programs offered by Labyssos, accessible via mouncon.info.
• User means any individual who accesses or uses the Service, whether registered or unregistered.
• Account refers to a registered profile created by a User to access restricted features of the Service.
• Content means all text, images, illustrations, visual materials, course materials, feedback, communications, and any other information made available through the Service.
• Mentor refers to any qualified professional providing guidance, instruction, or strategic support through the Service.
• Session means a scheduled or on-demand interaction between a User and a Mentor through the Service.

By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, enrolling in a mentorship program, or otherwise using the Service in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with Labyssos. This agreement incorporates these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase or enrollment.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms, and the term "you" applies to that organization accordingly.

You must meet the following conditions to use the Service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service for any reason.
• Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above.

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly to keep it accurate and current.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@mouncon.info if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4.3 Account Responsibility

All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. Labyssos will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where reasonable security measures were not maintained on your part.

4.4 One Account Per User

You may not create more than one account without prior written permission from Labyssos. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed without notice.

Labyssos provides long-term online mentorship focused on illustrations and idea visualization. Our Service includes but is not limited to:

• Scheduled one-on-one mentorship sessions with qualified mentors.
• Access to structured learning materials, guides, and visual resources.
• Strategic guidance, milestone tracking, and progress evaluation.
• Community resources and collaborative tools where available.
• Communication tools to facilitate ongoing mentor-client relationships.

The specific scope of services available to you depends on the plan or program you have enrolled in. Labyssos reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where feasible.

6.1 Fees

Access to certain portions of the Service requires payment of fees as described on our platform at the time of enrollment. All fees are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated and are subject to applicable taxes.

6.2 Billing Cycles

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan selected. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

6.3 Payment Methods

You must provide a valid, accepted payment method. By providing payment information, you authorize Labyssos or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees on your selected billing schedule.

6.4 Price Changes

Labyssos reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. You will be notified of price changes in advance, and continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

6.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your access to the Service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. Labyssos may attempt to recharge your payment method on file.

7.1 Cancellation by User

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@mouncon.info. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

7.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Labyssos. Partial refunds for unused periods are not automatically granted. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge date and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7.3 Cancellation by Labyssos

Labyssos reserves the right to cancel your subscription or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. In the event of termination by Labyssos without cause, a prorated refund may be provided at our discretion.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or reselling any Content without prior written authorization.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Using the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful material.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any party.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal functioning of the Service.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract Content from the Service.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical protection measures.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing unauthorized users to access your account.

Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

9.1 Ownership

All Content, materials, methodologies, brand assets, and platform elements provided through the Service are the exclusive property of Labyssos or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

Upon payment of applicable fees, Labyssos grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial development purposes as permitted by your enrolled plan.

9.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or distribute any Content from the Service without explicit written permission from Labyssos.

9.4 User-Submitted Content

When you submit work, illustrations, feedback, or any other content through the Service, you grant Labyssos a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you and improving our platform. You retain ownership of your submitted work.

Mentors on the Labyssos platform are independent professionals or employees engaged to provide guidance and instruction. The following conditions apply to mentorship interactions:

• Mentorship provided through the Service is educational and advisory in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• Outcomes from mentorship programs depend on the effort, engagement, and circumstances of the User and cannot be guaranteed.
• Labyssos does not guarantee that any specific mentor will be continuously available and reserves the right to reassign or substitute mentors as needed.
• Users must treat mentors with respect and professionalism at all times. Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct toward mentors is grounds for immediate account termination.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Labyssos disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Content.
• Warranties that any specific results, outcomes, or improvements will be achieved through use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Labyssos and its officers, directors, employees, mentors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or Content.
• Damages resulting from reliance on any Content, guidance, or information provided through the Service.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Labyssos to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the amount you paid to Labyssos in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Labyssos, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms of Use.
• Your use of the Service in a manner not authorized by these Terms.
• Any Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by Labyssos. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it carefully before using the Service.

Labyssos reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

17.1 By Labyssos

Labyssos may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if your conduct poses a risk to other users or the platform, or if we are required to do so by applicable law.

17.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Service is immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the Service and Content. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

17.3 Data Upon Termination

Following termination, Labyssos may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Labyssos with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction as applicable to the circumstances.

No failure or delay by Labyssos in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. A waiver of any particular breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or of the right itself.
